Discussion - A full-day workshop can be daunting for both you and your audience. Our workshop sessions are often in small groups of 8 to 10 and the key is making the workshop enjoyable and compelling. We have found that by getting your audience involved through activity or conversation they engage and retain information more effectively.
Emotional intelligence – at work, high emotional intelligence directs social interactions and will improve communication and allows teams to sensitively discuss differing opinions.
